Time Management

I learned a great time management principle from a part-time instructor of ours, Sara Caputo
(check out her site....www.radiantorganizing.com). Each day when I come in I don't turn on the computer for 30 minutes. Well, almost everyday! Anyway, I use that time to get to those projects on my to do list. It is amazing how much I get done when I act from this simple principle alone. Sara's next class for us is on December 1 & 8 here at the Wake Center from 8:30-12:30.

Just Do IT

I attended a presentation this week by Lorrie Thomas - webmarketingtherapy - social marketing therapist supreme. She gave a fast paced presentation chocked full of good stuff. The largest take away for this new blogger...Just DO it!! And, so I did...start a blog that is. Such a great way to let you all know the many the resources available to develop your professional skills.
